Location: Haywards Heath (RH16)
Salary: Up to £45,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Flexible)

Are you a Multi-Skilled Engineer looking for a better work-life balance?
We're recruiting for an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a well-established facilities management team, working at a single commercial office building near Haywards Heath.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently in a quieter environment, with no regular call-out and excellent long-term stability.
The Role
*
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
*
Reactive maintenance and fault finding
*
Fire alarm and emergency lighting testing
*
General plumbing repairs
*
Monthly tap temperature testing (L8)
*
Basic electrical maintenance
*
Contractor supervision and sign-in
*
Client liaison
*
Maintaining site logbooks and compliance records
Experience with AHUs and FCUs would be beneficial, although specialist HVAC maintenance is subcontracted.
What We're Looking For

Experience in commercial building maintenance or facilities management
*
Electrically qualified or electrically biased
*
Experience with PPMs and reactive maintenance
*
Good all-round building services knowledge
*
Comfortable working independently on a single-site contract
*
Strong customer service and communication skills
