Location: King's Lynn
Salary: £52K with Scope to Improve via Performance Objectives
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 4 off)
A larger food company in King's Lynn is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer / Maintenance Engineer / Shift Engineer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable engineer looking for a new and rewarding position.
Commutable from: Norwich, Peterborough, Cambridge, Bury St Edmunds, Wisbech, Downham Market, and Swaffham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct reactive breakdown maintenance
- Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPM)
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Multi-skilled engineering background
- Previous food industry experience preferred
- Relevant engineering qualification (electrical preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
