Role Overview
As a key member of the engineering team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring maximum line efficiency, minimising downtime, and supporting production performance across a busy site.
Responsibilities:
* Delivering both reactive and planned maintenance across production and packaging lines
* Diagnosing faults quickly and implementing effective, long-term solutions
* Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency
* Working collaboratively with production teams to drive performance
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with food safety and health & safety standards

Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer within food, drink, or FMCG manufacturing
* Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding capability
* Experience working in high-speed, automated production environments
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
* Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent)
