Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties around Welwyn & Hatfield areas
responsibilities:
Carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties
Carrying out Carpentry work and repairs
Undertaking Remedial Plumbing, Patch plasterer and tiling
You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training)Offering a competitive salary of up to £34,000 + van and fuel card, bonuses and benefits
requirements:
Full UK Driving licence
Trade related qualification is a must or a blue CSCS Card
