Description:
Bridgeman Recruitment Services Ltd (BRS) is currently recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Builder to work on social housing projects in Hull.
We are looking for a reliable, experienced operative with a range of building and maintenance skills, capable of carrying out repairs and maintenance work within occupied and void social housing properties.
Duties & Responsibilities
*
General building repairs and maintenance.
*
Brickwork, plastering and rendering.
*
Basic plumbing and carpentry repairs.
*
Tiling, patching and making good.
*
Kitchen and bathroom repairs and general property maintenance.
*
Carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance.
*
Working within occupied properties in a professional and respectful manner.
*
Maintaining high standards of workmanship, health and safety.
Requirements
*
Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Builder or Maintenance Operative.
*
Experience working within social housing or domestic properties preferred.
*
Good all-round building and maintenance skills.
*
Valid CSCS card preferred.
*
Own tools and PPE.
*
Full UK driving licence preferred.
*
Reliable, professional and able to work independently.
