Role: MuleSoft Technical Architect
Duration: Long term
Location: Manchester, UK
Mandatory Skill: Strong Knowledge on Vlocity for MuleSoft
Expectation is to be in Manchester office for first 8 weeks and then it can be hybrid with travel during key phases
Mandatory:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 10+ years working in a technical capacity in the integration and API management domain, including at least 3 years hands-on on the MuleSoft Anypoint platform
* Proven experience as a MuleSoft Technical Architect, with a strong focus on the telecommunications industry.
* In depth understanding of TM Forum and Open API architecture frameworks and principles
* In-depth knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API-led connectivity, MuleSoft CloudHub, and Anypoint Studio.
* Hands-on experience with MuleSoft API design, RAML, and DataWeave alongside using popular 3rd party connectors
* Strong understanding of telecom protocols, standards, and systems (e.g., OSS/BSS, CRM, billing systems).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and technical teams
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid integration scenarios preferred
* At least 2 years experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and DevOps practices.
* Experience in delivering in an on site-offshore model under tight timelines.
Nice To Have:
* Knowledge of other integration technologies and platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, TIBCO, IBM Integration Bus) preferred
* Relevant MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect) are highly desirable
