Description:
Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Move On Team Leader for a local authority in East London.
In this role, you will lead a high-performing team to help households move out of temporary accommodation and into secure, sustainable homes, driving performance and delivering positive outcomes.
Duties:
Lead and manage the Move-On Team to deliver agreed performance targets.
Oversee cases and ensure households progress from temporary accommodation into suitable homes.
Identify and remove barriers to move-on, using housing and private rented sector opportunities.
Work with internal and external partners to drive successful and sustainable tenancy outcomes.Qualifications and Experience:
Experience leading and managing housing or homelessness teams.
Strong knowledge of temporary accommodation and move-on processes.
Proven track record of delivering performance targets and successful outcomes.
Experience working with landlords, housing providers and external partners.What's on offer:
Salary: £37ph
*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*
Contract type: 12 months minimum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
