Manufacturing Production Supervisor/Manager

Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the Production Supervisor/Manager will lead and direct the Mould Shop operation, managing the team’s performance, ensuring adherence to compliance regulations (Quality/HSE etc.), maintaining high quality and cost standards and meeting the departments KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
The successful candidate will handle a wide variety of subjects daily, working to ensure critical parts availability, compliance with standard work/operating procedures to ensure duties are fulfilled and goals are met, and team management including one to one’s, development and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
To represent department in site meetings, providing and updating on key departmental Metrics and ensuring all relevant information is fed back to the team as required.
Aiding in RCA’s/RPS for deviations and identifying corrective and preventative action ensuring validation of any changes.
Be a point of escalation for the team, drive resolution, control and monitor performance of team, ensuring training is in place to enable cross functional flexibility and develop/maintain skills matrix.
Aid in developing the quality system/structure and identify any improvements required.
Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE/COSHH requirements and participate in preventing/correcting/reporting unsafe conditions or hazards, reviewing, and updating risk assessments as required.

· Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment.
· Previous leadership experience with manufacturing teams.
