Mould Repair Technician

Location: Belliver Way, Roborough, Plymouth PL6 7BP

Main Responsibilities:

Efficiently use time and in-house facilities to repair and maintain injection moulding tools.
Provide engineering support for production activities.
Follow Good Manufacturing Procedures and safe working practices.
Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the tool-room and other work areas.
Align with Safety Lockout and work warning systems.
Respond to emergencies by working overtime when required.
Keep records of spare parts to ensure they are restocked and cost-effective.About You:

Completed an apprenticeship or equivalent in maintenance engineering.
Resourceful problem solver with good knowledge of electrical and mechanical aspects, adept at repairing and modifying parts to optimise functionality.
Experience in hot runner injection moulding is beneficial.
Confident using Microsoft Office programs and other IT systems.
