We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable motorcycle dealership in Cannock, for the position of Motorcycle Technician. This opportunity is ideal for experienced motorcycle technicians seeking a role within a well-established, customer-focused environment. Diagnosing, servicing, and repairing motorcycles following manufacturer specifications
Conducting detailed inspections to identify faults, damages, and potential issues
Performing routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake adjustments, and tyre rotations
Using diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately detect electrical and mechanical faults
Communicating effectively with customers about repairs and maintenance needs
Ordering parts and components required for repairs
Maintaining a clean and well-organized workshop environment
Keeping up to date with new technologies, techniques, and industry developments
Adhering to all safety regulations to ensure a safe working environmentRequirements:
NVQ/IMI Level 2 qualification in Motorcycle Maintenance and Repair preferred
Alternatively, 2-3 years' practical experience working on motorcycles
A valid UK motorcycle driving license with minimal points
MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
