What You Will Do as Senior CAE Engineer:

Develop mechanical design schemes and detailed designs of motorcycle chassis parts and assemblies.
Carry out the structural analysis of composite chassis components
Carrying out concept development for mechanical systems.
Using hand calculations, simulation methods, modelling tools and CAE tools to size, analyse and optimise chassis components
Liaise confidently with internal teams across Design & Engineering plus external suppliers where required
Mentor engineers within the team and represent Motorcycle Development Engineering  in interdepartmental meetings when needed

What You Will Bring as Senior CAE Engineer:

Degree-level qualification or equivalent, along with proven experience in CAE Structural Analysis

Experience within Structural Design of composite materials

Proficient in carrying out engineering calculations to support analysis work
Industry knowledge using CAE software such as Abaqus, Altair OptiStruct.  Creo Simulate would be beneficial
Excellent problem solver, clear and effective communication skills
Ability to achieve project technical targets within required timescales
