MOT Tester – Staples Corner

We are recruiting for an experienced MOT Tester, Vehicle Technician or MOT Technician to join a busy dealership workshop in Staples Corner, North London. Applicants must have previous MOT testing experience, hold a valid MOT testing status, possess a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Job Details:
Location: Staples Corner, North London
Salary: £35,000 basic
OTE: £40,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Saturday 8:30am–5:00pm, with the option to work Saturdays permanently and take Mondays off

Carry out MOT tests accurately and efficiently
Complete vehicle servicing and repairs to a high standard
Identify defects and additional work required during inspections
Communicate MOT results and repair requirements to Service Reception and Workshop Control
Complete all required quality inspections, administration and MOT records accurately
Maintain high workshop housekeeping and safety standards
Deliver consistent quality while working at a productive paceMOT Tester Requirements
Previous experience working as an MOT Tester – essential
Valid MOT testing status – essential
Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair – essential
Previous workshop experience within the automotive or motor trade
Ability to complete MOT tests efficiently without compromising quality
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Full UK Driving Licence – essential
