Looking for a garage where you’re valued for the skills you bring, rather than feeling like just another number? This family-run independent garage offers a genuinely friendly working environment, a well-equipped 4-bay workshop with a dedicated MOT bay, and a strong overall package.
With up to £40,000 basic salary plus a £2,000+ annual profit bonus, it’s an opportunity for an experienced MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician to join a business where the working environment is a big part of what they offer.
The Role
* Working as an MOT Tester / Vehicle Technician
* Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:30pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch, 1-in-2 Saturdays, 8:00am–12:00pm
* Working within a 4-bay workshop with a dedicated MOT bay
* Family-run independent garage
* On-site parking
Salary and Benefits
* £36,000–£40,000 basic salary, £2,000+ annual profit bonus
* 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
* On-site parking
* Monthly pay
Requirements
* In-date MOT Testing License
* Experience in services, basic repairs, and maintenance
