Our client, a reputable vehicle servicing and repair centre located in Wokingham, Berkshire, is seeking a skilled MOT Tester to join their dedicated team. Basic salary starting at £34,000 per annum, with an OTE of up to £38,800 including bonuses
Up to £400 monthly bonus based on MOTs completed (site dependent)

Conduct MOT tests in strict compliance with government standards to ensure vehicle safety and roadworthiness
Provide exceptional customer service by updating clients throughout the MOT process and explaining any required work or failures
Support colleagues with additional workshop tasks, demonstrating teamwork and flexibility
Adhere to all safety regulations and testing procedures for efficient and accurate vehicle testing
Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation and test documentationRequirements:
Valid MOT Tester licence and a full UK driving licence
Proven experience in conducting MOT tests to a high standard
Strong communication skills and the ability to reassure and inform customers effectively
Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering quality work
