Our client is looking for a skilled and passionate MOT Tester to join their dynamic workshop team in North West London. If you are dedicated to providing exceptional service, working with top-quality vehicles, and advancing your career in the automotive industry, this is the perfect role for you.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Carrying out MOT service and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
• Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control on test results and additional work necessary.
• Ensuring quality inspection controls are carried out.
• Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
Your Background & Skill:
• Qualified MOT Tester, Class 4.
• A full UK Driving Licence.
• Quality and Customer awareness.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Passion for the automotive industry.
