Description:
We are seeking an experienced MOT Technician to join our established workshop in Liss, Hampshire. This MOT Technician role offers a salary of up to £50,000, depending on experience, with stable Monday to Friday hours and no weekend or bank holiday working.
The successful MOT Technician will play an important role in maintaining high standards of workmanship, customer service and workshop efficiency. This is a varied, hands-on position with the opportunity to take on additional responsibility within a friendly and well-established business.
Benefits:
Salary of up to £50,000, depending on experience
Monday to Friday working hours, 8.00am to 5.30pm
No weekend or bank holiday working
20 days’ holiday, plus bank holidays

Stable, full-time employment in Liss, HampshireDuties:
Carry out MOT tests in line with current testing standards
Complete MOT failure repairs and prepare vehicles for retesting
Perform servicing, maintenance and general mechanical repairs
Diagnose vehicle faults accurately and recommend suitable repair solutions
Complete brake repairs, inspections and routine workshop work
Support and provide direction to colleagues where required
Communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle faults, repairs and servicing
Support the day-to-day operation of the workshop
Maintain high standards of safety, workmanship and customer serviceRequirements:
Valid MOT Tester qualification
Previous experience working as an MOT Technician in a busy workshop
Strong mechanical repair and vehicle diagnostic skills
Experience with servicing, brake repairs and MOT failure work
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently while supporting colleagues
Full UK driving licence
