Perform routine servicing and complex mechanical repairs, including clutches, gearboxes, and timing belts
Conduct MOT testing (if qualified) and ensure vehicles meet safety standards
Manage multiple workloads across two bays, maintaining efficiency and quality
Deliver excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients
Ensure high standards of repair accuracy and vehicle safety compliance
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to safety proceduresRequirements of a MOT Technician :

Skilled and qualified mechanic with relevant certifications
Proven experience in mechanical repairs and diagnostics
MOT tester certification would be advantageous
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency in vehicle diagnostics and customer communication
