We are currently recruiting for the position of MOT Technician in Southam, Warwickshire, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding automotive service provider. This opportunity is ideal for skilled and experienced Vehicle Technicians seeking a stable role with progression prospects.

Salary between £32,000 and £36,000 per annum
42.5-hour weekly contract, working five days with a weekday off when working a Saturday

Carrying out MOT tests and comprehensive vehicle inspections
Performing vehicle servicing and repairs across various makes and models
Conducting wheel alignments and general workshop tasks as the MOT Technician
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and professionalism
Ensuring tools, equipment, and workshop areas are well maintained
Upholding the company's image by delivering excellent customer service and communication
Supporting other workshop functions as requiredRequirements of the MOT Technician:
Valid MOT Tester Licence
Full UK driving licence
Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar role
Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostics skills
Positive attitude with a motivation to enhance technical expertise
Ability to carry out wheel alignments and other workshop duties to a high standard
