Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MOT Technician to join their dealership in Swindon. Conduct fault diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repairs on customer vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards
Report vehicle conditions related to safety, reliability, and performance to the Workshop Controller
Carry out MOT testing adhering to Ministry of Transport standards
Ensure all work complies with quality, health & safety, and environmental procedures
Maintain high standards of workmanship in a busy workshop environment
Work efficiently to meet targets and deliver excellent customer serviceRequirements of an MOT Technician:
Fully qualified Vehicle Technician to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Active MOT licence essential
Full UK driving licence
Proven experience in vehicle fault diagnosis and repairs
Strong team player with a professional attitude
Ability to produce high-quality work consistently under pressure
