Our client is looking for a dedicated MOT Technician to become a vital part of their busy multi-franchise main dealer team. Provide expert technical support across various vehicle makes and models
Conduct comprehensive vehicle servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and testing
Assist colleagues with complex diagnostic procedures and technical issues
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards
Perform test drives and diagnostics as required, maintaining a valid driving license
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer serviceRequirements of a MOT Technician:
Minimum Level 2 Vehicle Technician qualification or equivalent
Proven dealership experience preferred but not essential
Ability to perform advanced diagnostics and repairs
Own tools are essential; full UK driving license required (no more than 6 points)
Certification in EV technology is a distinct advantage
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Committed to delivering quality work and customer satisfaction
