The Role – MOT Technician
As an MOT Technician, you will be responsible for:
Conducting MOT tests in line with DVSA standards
Completing mechanical repairs and general servicing
Fitting brakes, tyres, exhausts, suspension components and more
Using alignment equipment and interpreting results accurately
Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Maintaining excellent personal presentation and correct uniform
Following all health & safety procedures
Supporting the centre with reasonable tasks requested by management
About You
Valid MOT Licence (essential)
Strong background in mechanical and fast‑fit repairs
Confident with brakes, tyres, exhausts, suspension and servicing
Excellent customer service skills
Full UK driving licence
Able to work to high standards with good attention to detail
