Talent Guardian is collaborating with a renowned company in Maidstone, Kent, seeking a diligent individual to join their Pre-Offer Team as a Pre-Offer Case Manager. As a Mortgage Pre-Offer Coordinator, you will be pivotal in processing mortgage applications submitted by intermediaries, ensuring a smooth transition from application to formal offer.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling mortgage applications from initiation to offer, engaging with both new and existing clients. This role demands adaptability, as you'll navigate a fast-paced environment, collaborating within a team and autonomously to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for queries related to mortgage applications.
Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries from Mortgage brokers.
Collaborate with Mortgage Brokers, updating them on case progress and resolving queries.
Engage with Line Manager to escalate and resolve issues effectively.
Coordinate with the underwriting team to ensure compliance with application requirements.
Adhere to established procedures, practices, and SLAs.
Accurately input and update data in the system to reflect the current status of each case.
Address processing queries and documentation related to applications.
Manage the diary system to monitor applications and relevant tasks.
Obtain updates on mortgage applications to ensure smooth progression.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails promptly. Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Initially office-based for the first 2-3 months, transitioning to one day of remote work per week post-training.
