A top leading mortgage organisation in Chippenham is seeking a Mortgage Broking Support Administrator due to expansion on a perm basis.

* Monday to Friday
* 9am - 5pm or 8am - 4pm
* Monday and Tuesday office based and three days working from home

About the role:

* As an Administrator, you will provide assistance to our team of expert mortgage and protection consultants to ensure that our customers' cases are progressed in a timely manor.

Main Accountabilities:

* To work closely with the Regional Sales Directors and Broker Services Team in providing effective and comprehensive support throughout the application process.
* To fully vet & assess the fitness & propriety of all recruits who are requesting registration
* Joining the network
* Introducing to the Network (Lead generators, Introducers and Introducer Appointed Representatives)
* Amendments to current Advisers (Dual roles and Transfers)
* Fully vet & approve adviser & introducer applications in line with FCA requirements.
* Ensure that any decision made considers the impact on the customer and demonstrates TCF, particularly in line with Consumer Outcome
* Assess new Application in line with network processes and procedures
* Review employment/self-employment/gaps in employment references to cover the last 6 years
* Complete and review due diligence searches for individuals in line with network processes and procedures
* Complete overview of current and past financial standing
* Complete required network specific contracts
* Adviser contracts
* Ongoing assessment of individuals training & competence journey throughout approval process
* DBS Document review and assessment completion
* Liaise, on a regular basis with applicant, AR Principal and Regional Sales Directors
* Maintain & input application details into Broker Services Workflow
* Ability to vet & approve different types of applications in line with network processes and procedures

About you:

* You will be highly organised, computer literate and trusted to work with minimal levels of supervision.

* The Administrators look after a fast moving and ever-changing case load so you will be comfortable shifting priorities and working towards tight deadlines.

* Prior administrative experience is required, however, property and mortgage experience is not essential.

* Must have very good excel skills
