Position Overview: Seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join the team in Inverness. As an advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on mortgage products and protection plans, ensuring the highest level of service and support for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' needs and goals.
Offer expert advice on mortgage options, explaining terms, conditions, and potential risks.
Assist clients in the mortgage application process, managing paperwork and liaising with lenders.
Recommend suitable protection products such as life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection based on clients' circumstances.
Stay updated on mortgage and insurance regulations, market trends, and industry developments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance. Requirements:

CeMAP qualification or equivalent (essential).
Proven experience as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor within the financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and insurance offerings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining high ethical standards.
