Full time Permanent, £23,000 to £25,000
A local dynamic brokerage is looking for a Mortgage & Protection Administrator to join their busy team in Gateshead
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, and deliver an outstanding client service to new and existing customers.
What you will be doing
* You will be liaising with clients on a daily basis.
* Acting as the first point of contact for any queries from clients, lenders and conveyancers.
* You will progress mortgages throughout the underwriting process.
* Taking out compliance tasks and checks
* You will maintain and update the CRM system
* Liaising with solicitors
* Any additional admin tasks required
Knowledge & Experience
* Experience working within financial services or mortgage administration
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisation and administration skills
* Attention to detail, methodical and thorough
* Have the ability to work quickly to tight deadlines
