Mortgage Adviser
Location: Wolverhampton City Centre
Salary: £26,500 - £30,000 (Uncapped £60,000+ OTE thereafter) + Competitive Base + Bonuses
Hours: Mon–Wed: 9:30 am – 7:00 pm | Thu: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm | Fri: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities
* Provide expert mortgage and protection advice (Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection) tailored to client needs.
* Convert qualified leads, hot keys, and appointments into satisfied clients.
* Proactively identify opportunities within our existing customer database.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships to look after clients throughout the lifetime of their mortgage.
* Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified: CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification is essential.
* Experienced: Proven track record in advising on mortgages and protection products.
* Driven: Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to maximise your commission.
* Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
