Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire (Hybrid)
Salary: Basic £28k - £30k, OTE £70k + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday
The Client:
Our client is a well-established estate agency, specialising in property sales, purchases, and lettings.
The Role:
As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in providing excellent mortgage and protection advice to clients.
Responsibilities:
Identify and provide customer mortgage and protection needs.
Advise on suitable mortgage products and related protection products.
Conduct face-to-face appointments as necessary.
Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance.
Requirements:
Previously worked as a Mortgage Advisor or in a similar role.
Minimum 2 years' experience in business writing.
Background in achieving and exceeding targets.
Hold a CeMAP certification.
Ability to offer comprehensive advice on a range of mortgage and protection products.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
