Description:

The successful candidate will manage project monitoring responsibilities across a varied development portfolio while supporting the continued growth of the Manchester office.

Responsibilities

* Deliver project monitoring services for lenders and funders

* Undertake site inspections and prepare monitoring reports

* Review project cashflow forecasts, management accounts and development performance

* Monitor compliance with funding agreements and identify project risks

* Contribute to commercial objectives and regional service delivery

Requirements

* MRICS qualified or working towards chartership

* Relevant degree qualification

* 1–2 years' post-qualification experience

* Experience within monitoring surveying, fund monitoring or related consultancy

* Quantity surveying background preferred, with relevant building surveying experience also considered

Salary & Package

* £50,000–£60,000 salary
