The ideal candidate will have experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining mobility scooters and wheelchairs. They should possess strong technical skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for making a difference in people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnosing and repairing issues with mobility scooters and wheelchairs.
Conducting routine servicing and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Providing excellent customer service, including answering inquiries and offering guidance on equipment usage.
Collaborating with team members to optimise workflow and service delivery.Essential Skills:
Experience in servicing and repairing mobility scooters and wheelchairs.
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with exceptional communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full Driving Licence.Beneficial Skills:
Familiarity with a variety of mobility scooter and wheelchair models.
