Our client is seeking a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their team, delivering first-class servicing and repairs directly at customer premises. Friendly and supportive team environmentDuties as a Mobile Vehicle Technician:
Conduct scheduled servicing and maintenance at customer locations
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults in line with manufacturer standards
Carry out warranty repairs efficiently and accurately
Ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of commercial vehicle fleets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a professional ambassador for the business
Identify opportunities to expand local customer base through excellent service and networking
Adhere to health and safety guidelines and manufacturer procedures at all times
Manage workload independently, with a focus on timely completion of tasksRequirements:
NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
Prior experience working on commercial vehicles within a workshop environment
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Professional demeanour with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Full UK driving licence
