We are recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation in the automotive services sector for a Mobile Vehicle Technician based in Bishop's Stortford. This Mobile Vehicle Technician role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled vehicle technicians to work independently, providing roadside assistance across the UK. The ideal individual will have a strong technical background, excellent customer service skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Respond promptly to roadside breakdowns to deliver expert vehicle repairs and diagnostics
Assess, troubleshoot, and resolve faults on a variety of light vehicles at the roadside
Offer excellent customer service, reassuring clients during stressful situations
Complete accurate documentation on-site and through company systems
Maintain and service your van, diagnostic tools, and equipment to ensure readiness
Follow safety regulations and company policies while working independently across nationwide locationsRequirements of a Mobile Vehicle Technician:
Level 2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification or recognised equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in vehicle diagnostics, electrical repairs, and mechanical repairs
Strong customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Full UK driving licence with a clean record
