Description:

We are seeking a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join a reputable UK-wide recovery business, serving Luton and the surrounding areas. This Mobile Vehicle Technician role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to expand their technical expertise outside the confines of a traditional garage environment.

Competitive basic salary of £45,370, with an OTE of up to £57,000 per annum
Monday to Friday working hours, 40 hours per week
One in four Saturdays, with time off during weekdays when Saturday is worked

Conduct vehicle repairs and diagnostics at roadside or breakdown locations
Respond promptly to breakdown calls within the Luton and surrounding areas
Deliver exceptional customer service during on-site visits
Maintain accurate records of repairs and diagnostic procedures
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
Deliver a high standard of vehicle maintenance and repairs as per company guidelines
Attend to technical and electrical issues, troubleshooting effectively
Support the company’s commitment to quick and efficient breakdown resolutionRequirements:

Full UK driving licence
Level 2 (or higher) light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience as a Vehicle Technician
Strong diagnostic and electrical skills
Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
Flexible attitude towards working hours and call-outs
