This Mobile Vehicle Technician position provides the flexibility to work independently while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.Duties:
The Mobile Vehicle Technician will complete mechanical repairs, servicing and diagnostics across a wide range of vehicle makes.
Visit customers throughout the designated West London area to deliver professional roadside assistance and vehicle repairs.
Provide accurate technical advice and maintain high standards of customer service.
Manage an allocated schedule effectively, ensuring work is completed safely and on time.
Maintain a fully equipped toolbox and comply with all health, safety and quality standards.
The Mobile Vehicle Technician will represent our organisation professionally at every customer interaction.Requirements:
Full, valid UK driving licence.
NVQ Level 2 or Level 3, City & Guilds, or an equivalent automotive repair and maintenance qualification.
At least one year’s experience as an automotive vehicle technician.
Ability to complete a broad range of mechanical and diagnostic repairs.
Flexibility to travel across London and work varied shifts within a 24/7 operation.
Strong customer service skills and a proactive, organised approach.
The successful Mobile Vehicle Technician will be confident working independently and managing their own workload.
