We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading UK dealer network, for a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their team in Newcastle.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced vehicle technicians seeking a rewarding career within a dynamic and well-established organisation. The Mobile Vehicle Technician role is critical to delivering exceptional service standards and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Deliver high standards of technical advice, service, and maintenance to all customers
Work within relevant protocols, legislation, and manufacturer guidelines
Maintain comprehensive records in a timely manner
Create and uphold a supportive culture for colleagues in line with company policies
Commit to ongoing learning and skills development
Carry out mobile vehicle repairs and servicing for various brands
Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and professional communication
Support colleagues and management with technical support and training as required
Maintain a clean and professional working environment, adhering to health and safety standardsRequirements:
Full valid driving licence
NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds or equivalent qualification in vehicle servicing and repairs
Proven experience as a Mobile Service Vehicle Technician
Ideally, MOT testing qualification and main dealership experience
Demonstrates resilience, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to learning
Strong customer service skills and understanding of client needs
Commitment to delivering excellent service standards
