Service and repair high-quality vehicles on-site and at customer locations
Maintain accurate and comprehensive service records
Provide trustworthy and professional advice to customers
Ensure all work complies with relevant legislation, manufacturer standards, and company protocols
Support colleagues by fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Stay up-to-date with ongoing training and development to enhance technical knowledge
Effectively manage a mobile service schedule, prioritising customer satisfaction
Ensure all vehicles meet safety and quality standards prior to returning to customersRequirements of a Mobile Vehicle Technician :
Full valid driving licence
NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification
Previous experience as a Mobile Service Vehicle Technician
Demonstrable resilience, motivation, and commitment to personal development
Strong understanding of customer service needs and technical requirements
Knowledge of MOT testing is desirable
ATA accreditation is an advantage
