Conducting repairs and scheduled maintenance at customer locations across East London
Responding promptly to job instructions, handling a variety of tasks from simple repairs to servicing
Managing a flexible daily schedule to accommodate multiple client sites
Ensuring all work meets high standards of quality and complies with company policies
Accurate recording of work performed and parts used for each job
Maintaining excellent customer service and communication skills when interacting with clientsRequirements:
Proven experience as a Mobile Van Technician, LCV Technician, or similar role
Relevant technical skills and knowledge of automotive repairs
Mobile mechanic experience is essential
Full UK driving licence is required
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
