Mobile Smart Technician/Paint Sprayer

Are you an experienced Smart Repair Technician/Mobile Smart Repairer looking for a new opportunity?

We are looking for a number of Mobile Smart Technicians to join our client who are one of the leading mobile repair companies in the UK.

Whats On Offer:

* Monday-Friday - 45 hours a week

* Flexibility on start and finish times

* Salary - £30,000 - £50,000 OTE

* Fantastic and Achievable bonuses as below

* Tier 1 Bill 7.5k in jobs – earn 7.5%

* Tier 2 Bill 11k in jobs – earn 10%

* Tier 3 Bill 13.5k in jobs – earn 12.5%

* Tier 4 Bill 15k in jobs – earn 15%

* All jobs already pre booked, you can choose which ones to go to first as some may be closer than others, all insurance work (easy work)

* 2k accelerator bonus per year for just doing well at your job with no complaints.

* Loyalty bonus paid year in advance roughly between 2k – 7k per year

* Overtime available

* Fully equipped van, work phone, fuel card, and uniform provided.

* 1 Weeks induction in Leeds (Hotel, and Food covered), 1 Weeks training with a local technician

The Role:

* Finishing the repair in a way that matches the rest of the bodywork or preparing the surface for a paint sprayer

* Removing small and minor dents

* Repairing minor scratches

* Minor Stripping and Fitting Vehicles before and after paint.

* Repairing Exterior Plastics

* Prepare vehicles to be sprayed and mixing paint to ensure a perfect match in order to spray

* Painting vehicles accordingly to a high standard

* Masking up vehicles

* Priming vehicles ready for spraying

Qualifications

* NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in either/or Panel Beating, Paint Spraying or MET Technician or be time served in the multiple disciplines.

* Hold a full valid driving licence

* Have previous experience of working in a fast paced accident repair centre
