£35,000 - £45,000 + Uncapped Bonus + Company Van + IMI Training & ATA Accreditation
A leading automotive repair business is looking to recruit an experienced Mobile SMART Technician to join its growing team covering Bristol and Gloucester. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled SMART Repair Technician looking to maximise their earnings while benefiting from ongoing training, recognised qualifications and a strong team culture.
Working in a field-based role, you'll carry out high-quality cosmetic vehicle repairs while delivering exceptional customer service across a variety of customer locations.
The Role
Carry out SMART repairs including paint, scratch, dent and minor bodywork repairs
Travel to customer locations carrying out repairs on-site
Deliver high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service
Manage your workload independently while maintaining company standards
Work towards IMI qualifications and ATA accreditation
Represent the business professionally across the region
The Candidate
Previous experience within a bodyshop, SMART repair or vehicle paint repair environment
Minimum 2 years' relevant industry experience
Strong paint repair and cosmetic vehicle repair skills
Positive attitude and ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Full UK driving licence
Package
£35,000 - £45,000 basic salary
