Are you an experienced Smart Repair Technician looking for a new opportunity?
This is a MOBILE Smart Repairer position so must be comfortable with driving around to various locations in Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.
What Mobile Smart Repairers are Offered:
* Monday-Friday - 8:00am-5:30pm
* Basic Salary - £35,000 - £40,000
* Fantastic UNCAPPED bonus
* Full equipped VW Transporter Van Provided (Must be collected form site each day)
The Role of a Smart Repairer:
* Must be ok with being mobile and traveling to various sites in Hampshire, Berkshire and Surrey.
* Finishing the repair in a way that matches the rest of the bodywork or preparing the surface for a paint sprayer
* Mending rusted parts of a vehicle’s bodywork
* Removing any dents in panels
* Repairing minor scratches or making replacement panels
* Experience in stripping and refitting a variety of makes and models of vehicle
* Stripping and Fitting Vehicles before and after paint.
* Stripping and Fitting bumpers and door.
* Repairing Exterior Plastics
* Prepare vehicles to be sprayed and mixing paint to ensure a perfect match in order to spray
* Masking up vehicles
* Prepping and sanding vehicles
* Managing your own work diary for all scheduled jobs
* Quality checking vehicles after work completed
* Priming vehicles ready for spraying
Qualifications
* NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Paint Spraying or be time served
* MUST Hold a full valid UK driving licence
* Previous Smart Repairer experience is essential
