Mobile Security Officer

We are recruiting for Mobile Security Officers to join our busy team!
Locations: Hertfordshire
The Role
Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the rail infrastructure. Patrolling rail access points/ platforms and station areas to deter vandalism and trespass.
* Respond to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
* Enforce access control procedures, verifying the identity of individuals entering or exiting the area.
* Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
* Write detailed incident reports documenting any security-related incidents or violations
* Building relationships and working closely with stakeholder partners, Network Rail, British transport police and Samaritans.
Experience:
* SIA licence is essential.
* PTS ( Personal track safety) desirable but not essential
* Full UK Driving License, held for 2 years +
* Must be over 21
* Familiarity with security and basic first aid procedures is a plus.
* Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
* Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
