Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Powered Access Engineer to join our team, covering the East Midlands region. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of machinery, including scissor lifts, booms, telehandlers, and more. Responsibilities
As a Mobile Powered Access Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:

Conducting routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a wide range of powered access equipment, including scissor lifts, booms, and telehandlers.
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults efficiently and effectively.
Ensuring all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards, adhering to company and industry regulations.
Providing excellent customer service while working on-site at client locations across the East Midlands.
Maintaining accurate records of all work completed, including service reports and job sheets.
Collaborating with the wider engineering team to share knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Proven experience working with powered access equipment or similar machinery.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
Full UK driving license.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
Day-to-Day
Your typical day as a Mobile Powered Access Engineer will involve:

Traveling to client sites across the East Midlands to carry out maintenance and repair work.
Diagnosing and fixing faults on a variety of powered access equipment.
Liaising with clients to provide updates on work progress and ensure their satisfaction.
Completing service reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
Ensuring your company van is stocked with the necessary tools and parts for the job.
Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
