Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of powered access equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards.
Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Provide exceptional customer service while working on-site at client locations.
Adhere to company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

CAP (Competent Assessed Person) qualification is essential.
Proven experience in servicing and repairing powered access equipment or similar machinery.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Full UK driving license.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Day-to-Day

Start your day by reviewing scheduled jobs and preparing your van with the necessary tools and equipment.
Travel to client sites in Portsmouth and surrounding areas to perform maintenance and repairs.
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
Communicate with clients to provide updates and explain any necessary repairs.
Complete service reports and update the system with accurate job details.
Return to the depot as needed to restock parts or liaise with the team.
