I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Plumber to join a well-established FM team, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across London and the Home Counties.
This is a great opportunity for a skilled plumber who is looking for a stable, long-term position with plenty of variety.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance, alongside basic mechanical plant duties across a range of commercial properties.
Your duties will include:
Planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
Fault finding and repairs
Domestic hot and cold-water systems
Toilets, taps, valves, sanitaryware and associated plumbing
Blockages and minor leaks
Pumps and basic mechanical plant
Minor mechanical repairs and maintenance
General PPM and reactive works
Liaising with clients and site teams
Completing maintenance records and job reports
The Person
We’re looking for someone with:
Strong commercial plumbing experience
Experience working within an FM environment
Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Basic mechanical knowledge
Ability to work independently across multiple sites
Full UK driving licence
A professional approach and good customer service skills
NVQ Level 2/3 in plumbing
G3 Qualification would be beneficial
£43,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
Company van & fuel card provided
