Are you in search of a temporary yet fulfilling role? Look no further! We're thrilled to offer an exciting position for our client based in North London who are looking to appoint a Mobile Phone Support Engineer for the 3 months ongoing, at the rate of £19. per hour umbrella

Job responsibilities

As an EUC Mobile Phone Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users experiencing issues with their mobile devices. Your duties will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, configuring, and setting up mobile devices for new starters, and providing training and guidance to users. The EUC Mobile Phone Support Engineer will be working within time frames outlined within the Digital Services Service Level Agreement. This would involve prioritising and managing support requests to ensure that they are resolved within the specified time frame and to the satisfaction of the end-user.

Mobile phone platform migration - Your responsibilities will also include supporting the migration of mobile phone platforms from EE to Gamma. Your duties will include planning number porting, organising collection and deployment of new SIM cards, whilst also supporting the configuration of mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support and assistance to end-users experiencing issues with their mobile devices.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within SLA and in a timely and efficient manner.

* Configure and set up mobile devices for new & existing users, using a Mobile Device Management tool.

* Provide training and guidance to users on the use of their mobile devices.

* Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.

* Planning, porting, collection and deployment of new SIM cards. * Process document maintenance Qualifications and Experience:

* Experience in a technical support role, preferably with a focus on configuring and setting up mobile devices using a Mobile Device Management tool.

* Knowledge of Android mobile operating systems and device management software.

* Experience with ticket handling systems such as Service Now will be beneficial for the role.

* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Candidates will be required to work 5 days per week at the business. The role is not remote working.
