Location: North London
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Mobile Mechanical Engineer – North London
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a growing and reputable facilities maintenance team covering North London and surrounding areas.

As a Mobile Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and fault finding across a variety of commercial buildings and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across commercial properties.
* Service and maintain HVAC systems, pumps, motors, pipework, valves, and associated mechanical plant.
* Diagnose and repair mechanical faults efficiently.
* Complete routine inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Liaise with clients and site personnel professionally.
* Accurately complete maintenance reports and job sheets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a Mechanical Maintenance or Mobile Engineer role.
* Strong knowledge of commercial building services and mechanical plant.
* Experience working on pumps, motors, HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, and associated equipment.
* Relevant mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
