Mobile Maintenance Engineer
Central London | £52,000 Basic + All London Travel Paid
A growing Facilities Management company is looking for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Engineer to work across a portfolio of commercial buildings in Central London.
This is a foot-mobile role, with all London travel paid. You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, with a varied workload and genuine opportunities for long-term progression.

The Role
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
* Reactive maintenance and fault finding
* Mechanical and electrical maintenance
* AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors
* Emergency lighting
* Plant room inspections and servicing
* Fault finding and diagnostics
* Working across multiple Central London sites
* Liaising with clients and site teams
Requirements
* Commercial building maintenance experience
* Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background
* Experience carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance
* Good fault-finding skills
* Knowledge of commercial building services
* Ability to work independently across multiple sites
* Good communication and customer service skills
This role would suit candidates currently working as a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, Foot Mobile Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Building Services Engineer, M&E Engineer or Commercial Maintenance Engineer.
