Mobile HGV Technician
Location: East London / Purfleet (Field Based)
Salary: £45,000 Basic + £1,500 Joining Bonus + Overtime
Working Hours: Monday to Friday Days (No Weekends)

We are recruiting for an experienced Mobile HGV Technician to join a leading commercial vehicle fleet business covering East London, Purfleet and the surrounding areas. The role is primarily field-based, attending customer sites to diagnose, service and repair commercial vehicles, with the flexibility to work from the workshop when required.

Diagnose, service and repair a wide range of HGVs and commercial vehicles.
Carry out inspections, maintenance and fault finding to manufacturer standards.
Prepare commercial vehicles for MOT testing.
Ensure all vehicles comply with safety and legal requirements.
Work on a fleet including Mercedes-Benz, Iveco and Ford commercial vehicles.
Complete all paperwork accurately and maintain high standards of workmanship.
Provide excellent customer service whilst working independently in the field.Mobile HGV Technician Requirements
NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent City & Guilds / recognised apprenticeship).
Previous experience working as an HGV Technician.
Full UK Class 2 (Category C or CE) driving licence.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Able to pass employment vetting, including financial and criminal record checks.
