HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter
Salary: £19.25 ph - £20.15ph
Work Schedule: Mon - Fri days (50 hours p/w)
Contract Type: Permanent

On-site customer work covering sites in the Thurrock and surrounding area's working on trucks and trailers
Responsibilities:
Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs to trucks and trailers at both customer sites and the company's workshop
The HGV Technician will perform diagnostics and defect rectifications.
Preparing vehicles for MOT inspections is a key duty for the HGV Technician.
Maintain workshop cleanliness and inventory, a responsibility of the HGV Technician.
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in the HGV Technician field, with comprehensive vehicle maintenance knowledge.
A strong commitment to health and safety standards, essential for an HGV Technician.
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant discipline is preferable for an HGV Technician.
Experience working on double deck trailers would be beneficial for this HGV Technician role.
