Salary £38,500 - £40,500 per annum

About the Role
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, You will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining a range of equipment, employing your technical expertise to troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues.

Responsibilities
Conducting regular maintenance and servicing of heavy plant machinery, adhering to manufacturer's guidelines and industry standards.
Responding promptly to breakdowns and efficiently diagnosing and resolving faults to minimize downtime.
Utilising your in-depth knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to perform diagnostics and provide effective solutions.
Carrying out repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.
Performing thorough fault finding and inspections to identify potential issues and recommending preventative maintenance measures.
Collaborating with the team to maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Delivering exceptional customer service by communicating professionally and building positive client relationships.

Candidate Requirements
Recognized qualifications in heavy plant maintenance to level 3or 10+ years Experience.
Proven industry experience in servicing and repairing heavy plant machinery.
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Knowledge of a variety of heavy plant machinery makes, models, and manufacturers.
A valid driving license is required for this mobile role, involving travel to different client sites.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
