Job Title: Mobile Groundcare Service Engineer
Location: Covering Scotland - Mainly Central Belt
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum (45 hours per week)
Holiday: 25 Days + Bank Holidays
Full UK Driving Licence Required
Currently looking for a Mobile Groundcare Service Engineer to join my client's team covering Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the groundcare industry, providing high-quality service and maintenance to our clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of groundcare machinery.
Provide onsite service to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and efficient resolution of issues.
Maintain excellent communication with customers to explain the service process and ensure their needs are met.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Health and Safety standards and company policies.
Keep accurate service records and reports of work completed.Ideal Candidate:
Based in or around Glasgow or Central Belt of Scotland
Proven experience as a service engineer in the groundcare, agricultural, or similar machinery sector.
Full UK driving licence (essential for travel to customer sites).
Familiarity with IBCOS (preferred but not essential).
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience as a Groundcare Engineer or similar position
Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Excellent communication and customer service skills
